Interventional Pain Management

Pain that outlasts an injury is a medical problem of its own. It degrades sleep, mood, cognition, and rehabilitation progress, and it deserves treatment that is both effective and disciplined.

Our approach: indication-driven, conservative first

Interventional procedures at Axon follow a stepped model. Conservative care, rehabilitation, activity modification, and non-procedural treatment come first where clinically appropriate. When pain persists and the examination and imaging identify a treatable pain generator, the physician discusses procedural options with the patient, including what the procedure targets, the expected benefit, and the alternatives.

Procedures are performed when there is a documented indication, and their results are measured. A procedure that works earns its place in the plan. One that does not is not repeated for its own sake.

What we offer

Minimally invasive, image-guided procedures for spine-related and musculoskeletal pain, including diagnostic and therapeutic injections, radiofrequency procedures where indicated, and coordination with rehabilitation so that pain relief converts into restored function rather than standing alone.
