The evaluation
Every spine and orthopedic patient is evaluated by a clinician who examines the injury, reviews imaging where clinically indicated, and distinguishes conditions that will respond to conservative care from those that need procedural or surgical consultation.
Treatment
Care proceeds stepwise. Conservative treatment comes first where clinically appropriate: activity modification, structured physical rehabilitation, and non-procedural pain management. Patients whose findings indicate procedural intervention are referred to our interventional pain management team, and patients with surgical indications receive surgical consultation. At each step, the treating clinician documents the indication, the treatment provided, and the response, so the record shows why each decision was made.
What we treat
Neck and back injuries including disc and facet-related pain, shoulder, knee, and other joint injuries, soft-tissue and ligamentous injuries, and post-traumatic musculoskeletal dysfunction that limits daily activity.
